Great food, wonderful staff have been coming here since I was a little girl. It's always delicious and the staff is always great. If you've never tried it, you should definitely get there meatball sub one time

I went here with a friend of mine for dinner this past weekend. I had always heard of the place and had even seen it but I had never had a chance to get around to it. I am sure glad I did because I really enjoyed it! The atmosphere feels very relaxed and homey. We at ourselves, but immediately after we sat down a waitress got us our drinks! She then have is menus and have is a chance to look things over before deciding what we wanted. I went with the large baked spaghetti which came with a salad and garlic bread. I also got me a side order of fried okra because I love that stuff so much!

The food came out really quick which was impressive, and was hot as well. My spaghetti was really good and flavorful as I LOVED the way they loaded it down with cheese. The salad was disappointing I have to admit because I was expecting a larger portion and more stuff. It was basically just shredded lettuce and tomatoes which was good but they could have done more. The garlic bread was good, but could have used. A little more butter.

All in all the service was great and the food was good. Not quite sure if I like this place better than Olympic but I would definitely eat here again!

It seems every time I go to this restaurant I get the worst service. 1st time the waiter seats the people in front of me,  then comes back and seats the people behind me and claims she didn't see me in line. Recently, i walked in and that same waiter ignores me as well as one of her coworkers when I asked had they opened up for business yet- both turned their heads. WTF- I think those ladies have issues personally,  and it might be with me or others like me... idk, but to hell with this place.

The Ranch O, Technically Winston Salem, but close to Kernersville. This is not the best area to be in these days. It wasn't always that way, and its definitely not their fault. But you may want to stick to the daylight hours if you go here.
The Ranch O has been consistently serving up good food for a long long time, starting out in an old diner style building directly behind their current location. Now a used car lot.. Ask me how I know.. I ate there in the 1970's!! They are in a newer building now, with private lot parking. Its a little worn looking but Reasonably clean. Extensive menu. Service is up and down, depending on the server. Over all, good.
Standout items to me are the pasta dishes, though they have sandwiches, plates and salads also available. I recently stopped by for a visit, ordering up chicken broccoli alfredo. It was ready in a flash, piping hot, with plenty of grilled chicken and broccoli in a smooth white sauce. Not too saucy, not too dry. It was the perfect mix. Baked spaghetti was equally as good. The portion size was large. Grilled garlic bread was the perfect addition and also very good.
Very reasonable prices. They also take call in orders, which is the best way to go for me. To go orders are packed well. This is not gourmet, but  For what it is, solid 4 stars. Well worth a visit.
